## What is RunAndGui?

Run&Gui is a running plan that is alive. A training engine with phases generates it, and every week rebuilds itself from what you log: what you trained, what you rested, what hurt, and what you did outside the plan (that bike hour or Tuesday padel counts too).

TALK TO YOUR PLAN (PAID PLANS)
Ask for changes in the chat, in plain words: "move my long run to Saturday", "I can only train two days this week", "give me intervals on Tuesday", "I need an easy week". The assistant understands; the engine decides and applies. And when a request goes beyond what your phase recommends, it tells you with the numbers in front of you, and the decision stays yours.

RULES THE PLAN FOLLOWS
The plan follows these rules: at least 48 hours between hard sessions, a growth ceiling per phase and, if you log pain of 4 out of 10 or more that is getting worse (or two reports of 8 or more in one week), the app removes the quality session. If your health questionnaire asks for it, intensity stays on hold until you log your doctor's OK. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace a healthcare professional.

YOUR REAL WEEK
Mark sessions done in one tap, log effort and aches, or import your runs from Apple Health (if your watch or running app syncs them to Health). On Sunday, the weekly recap reviews your week and the next one is generated from what you logged, not from what was written.

WITH A HUMAN COACH, IF YOU WANT
With Human coach you can message a real person in the chat, who can read your plan and edit it. The plan is published automatically: nobody reviews it before you see it, and your coach steps in when your message calls for it. Response times are reasonable, not immediate, and it is not an emergency service.

YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES
Your health data (questionnaire, cycle, aches) is used only to adapt your plan, and is shared with the AI assistant only if you expressly accept it. You can say no and the app works the same. Export or delete your account anytime, from inside the app.

WHAT EACH TIER INCLUDES
- Free: one free generation of a full 5K, 10K or half-marathon plan, from your profile.
- AI trainer subscription: the chat that changes your training and the creation of new plans (both with a daily and monthly limit), the weekly recap and reading your runs from Apple Health.
- Human coach subscription: everything above, with a higher limit of changes in the AI chat, plus a human coach you can message in the chat.

Run with a plan that listens.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 0.2.10 — 2026-10-23

Weather for the days ahead, more than one session a day and a sign-up that knows you better.

- Richer weather: the forecast for the next 10 days on your Week and, when you tap a day, its detail; for the nearest 5 days, with an hour-by-hour chart and the best window to head out for your run. You can hide it with "Show the weather" in Your account > Weather, and if there is no location we offer "Set my city".
- If a day has two sessions, you see both on the Week, on the day's card and in the weekly recap.
- Sign-up: weekly kilometres are picked with a slider, and we ask for your longest run of the last month (with an "I don't know" option). If your answers do not fit your goal, we tell you before the plan is created.
- If you pick fewer days than recommended for a half marathon or a marathon, we suggest more without blocking you; and if your plan does not reach the usual long run for your distance, a card on the Week and the Calendar explains why and what your options are.
- While your health questionnaire is waiting for your doctor's sign-off, quality sessions show as swapped for an easy run, with the same minutes and a note explaining why.
- Android: the Back button closes whatever is open and returns to the Week; it no longer exits the app.
- Fixed: after Sunday midnight the Week no longer jumps one week too far, and dates are counted correctly across clock changes.

### 0.2.9 — 2026-10-22

Today's weather on your Week and your race by its name.

- New weather strip on the Week tab: today's weather hour by hour, rain in the next hour and the best window to head out for your run, with data from Apple Weather. It is optional: you can share your approximate location (the app first explains what it is for) or type your city in Your account > Weather.
- Your race now shows with its name and its real distance in your plan, in the weekly recap and in your previous plans.
- The fixed activities you mentioned at sign-up (Tuesday football, swimming) appear in your plan from day one.
- Fixed: the weekly recap no longer leaves a sentence unfinished when your race has no name.

### 0.2.8 — 2026-10-19

A clearer way to pick your plan, new tier names and a new sign-up.

- The paid tiers are now called AI trainer and Human coach. What each one includes and its price do not change.
- New "Plans and pricing" screen in Settings: compare the two tiers, choose monthly or annual, and restore purchases. The price is the one shown in the App Store before you confirm your purchase.
- New sign-up: you start by choosing your plan type (race, get back to running, maintain, or another distance), giving your training days is optional (if you skip them, the plan spreads the sessions for you), and you can fix your sport.
- Your plan is now generated in the language of the app.
- Week and Calendar now show the activity you actually did (that padel on a rest day, a substitute session), not only what was planned.
- The chat assistant is now called AI trainer.

### 0.2.7 — 2026-10-15

An annual Adaptive Plan, and clearer notices.

- New annual option for the Adaptive Plan: a single charge per year, renewing automatically. The price is the one shown in the App Store before you confirm your purchase, and each period (monthly or annual) shows its own renewal terms.
- If you use up the limit for adapting or generating your plan, the message now tells you when it reopens.
- The notice for under-18 accounts when adapting or regenerating a plan now includes the support email.
- If you redo your sign-up, an invalid experience level is no longer carried over.
- The Plan + Coach texts now explain more clearly what it includes: you message your coach in the chat, your coach can read and edit your plan, and the limit of changes in the AI chat is higher.

### 0.2.6 — 2026-10-10

A clearer, easier sign-up.

- New card-based sign-up, with a summary at the end so you can review your answers.
- The health questions (PAR-Q) are answered with an explicit yes or no.
- We now ask for your date of birth. Run&Gui is an app for people aged 18 and over.
- If you redo your sign-up, many answers come already filled in from your previous ones.
- If you have a paid plan, you can add details by chat during sign-up.
- Signing in with Google on iPhone is clearer: the Google screen now shows Run&Gui.
- Consent and privacy policy updated.
