Communication is poor and tracking etc doesn’t work. Delivery also late- have to contact them repeatedly to get a response - if they respond at all. Very comfortably. for your safety, it is possible to take a lot of photos of all the damage to the transported car. If you have any questions or any problems with the use, employees will come to the rescue. in our case it's Amanda Kelly! she is always in touch, knows the answers to all questions and it is very pleasant to work with her. The rates are super fair, the app is really easy to use, and makes pick up and delivery a breeze. Because of the pick up and delivery inspections that the app requires, it has saved our company from paying for damages we did not do. Highly recommend this app to every car hauler! P.S. Easy to navigate and the support from the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Lots of dry runs which = $0 pay to the drivers, and no fees to cover your expenses on dry runs. *2026-01-06* They do not care if you show up to pick up orders that result in dry runs (zero pay to drivers). Even if you show it is not your fault. You waste an entire days worth of work and burn fuel/driving expenses/tolls/etc. with zero pay. It says this in the contract but I obviously expect them to do what’s right when the driver is not at fault, but they don’t care about the drivers. This happens way too frequently. I called yesterday and was told my car would be here today, I advised them I had to drive 4 hours and take the day off to come home and was assured the car would be delivered today. I drove in late last night and then this morning I called to confirm and again was assured it would be here. 4 o’clock comes and now I’m told to call a different number to a different delivery company and of course there is no answer….should have known with them being in bed with Vroom it would be terrible….stay away at all costs ### 1/5 — Good idea/ worst app ever. *2021-06-17, version 3.0.13* Whoever developed this app is the worst ever. They took our company from struggling to consistently find good-quality loads to now working about 95% directly with RunBuggy. The difference they have made for our transportation business has been incredible. Their team is extremely helpful—not only to us as transporters, but also to the end customer. They stay on top of carriers regarding pickup, transportation, and expected delivery ETAs, which helps keep customers informed and holds everyone accountable. As transporters, it is also our responsibility to call ahead and confirm vehicles before arriving. Because of that, I completely understand and support their $0 dry-run policy. Communication and confirmation are part of doing the job correctly. The RunBuggy app is by far one of the best we’ve worked with. It’s easy to navigate, organized, and the login verification codes add an extra layer of security for both carriers and customers. We are extremely grateful for the opportunities RunBuggy has given our company and for the relationship we’ve built with their team.
