## What is RunBuilder?

RunBuilder makes it easy to create structured running workouts and take them with you -- on the road, on the treadmill, or synced to your Garmin, Wahoo, or Apple Watch.

Build Workouts Your Way
Design intervals, pace-based sessions, warmups, cooldowns, and repeat blocks in seconds. Build step by step with a visual editor, type in plain language ("warm up 10 min, 4x800m at tempo, cool down"), or dictate by voice. Start from a built-in template like: Tempo Block, Fartlek, Run/Walk, Progression or a blank slate.

Supported workout features include:
   • Time-based and distance-based intervals
   • Pace, heart rate zone, and power zone targets
   • Repeat blocks with nested repeats
   • Run/Walk sessions
   • Treadmill or outdoor sessions
   • Open-ended steps (tap to advance)


Run with Real-Time Guidance
Each step is displayed on screen with audio cues for transitions and countdowns. Enable optional voice feedback for pace, heart rate, or power at your chosen interval. When your structured workout ends, RunBuilder continues in Open mode so you can capture extra miles on the days you feel strong.

Sync to Your Devices 
Send workouts directly to Garmin Connect, Wahoo, or Apple Watch using WorkoutKit. Schedule workouts for today or a future date and run them from your device.

Import from RunCoach 
Automatically import your RunCoach workouts and send them to your device. No retyping. No formatting.

Connect Your Treadmill
Connect to any Bluetooth FTMS-compatible treadmill for real-time pace and incline control during your workout.

Connect Your Gear
Pair with Bluetooth heart rate monitors, Stryd and other foot pods, power meters, and ENGO smartglasses for heads-up metrics while you run.

Track Your History
Review completed workouts with per-step detail -- time, distance, pace, heart rate, and power for every interval. Export as PDF or share as text.
