Rundown Assistant is a Beat sheet assistant. Create your Cue Lines for any event you like to control: TV broadcast, live concerts, theatrical plays, ceremonies, presentations, speech acts… 

You can manage your sequences, use color codes, rundown in manual mode or automatic mode and lots of more features!

Features highlight:

-Create your rundown and Control sequences when going live.

-Two info fields for misc info (audio, video, crew/cast instructions…).

-Use color codes for easy quick-glance review of rundown status.

-Automatic estimation of start time when using Fixed time events.

Software is pretty basic and straight fwd, just buggy in wont let me delete things or jump to new place in cue it gets stuck on when you thry click yes on its confirmation box...

App does not let you share your Run OF Shows and looses parts ....

Unfortunately it won’t work on an iPad if you go landscape.  I really hope in the future they will update this app it is amazing and really helps with my XM radio show. Keep up the good work!

It does exactly what it needs to do, keeps time, backtimes, but I agree that it is missing something. Doesn't allow export, nor does it have an easy reset button, nor hard out. Sometimes the estimated runtime clock gets bugged and doesn't change.  All that considered, I HIGHLY suggest this app if you're looking for a rundown creator.

I set up my event and got it laid out.  I wish I could print or export to a PDFs or .xls.  This would make it ideal as a show producer.
