## What is Runflake?

Runflake turns a run into something you manage, not just something you logged.

Set one weekly goal and the app builds the plan around it. Six ways to aim: distance, runs per week, time, weight, calories, or steps.

While you run, the numbers come first. Distance fills the screen, pace and time sit under it, and the map waits until you want it. A voice coach reads your split at every kilometre so you can keep your eyes ahead.

Every run is written to your phone as it happens. Lose signal or run for two hours in airplane mode and nothing is missing. If the app is force quit or crashes, the run is kept up to the point it stopped.

Runs stack into ranks. Four axes grow with what you do, and the flake fills in as the distance adds up.

On Apple Watch, start a run from your wrist with the same engine, the same numbers, and the same recovery.

Weekly, monthly, and yearly rankings are open to anyone who wants in, and nothing is shared until you choose to share it.
