## What is Rung?

Rung is the AI for your personal health. It connects to your wearable data and offers recommendations on how to live a healthier life.

APPLE WATCH: Rung analyses your wearable data. How you slept, how you moved, how you're recovering, how hard you actually worked. It reads your Apple Health data every morning and coaches off what's really there, not what you meant to do.

YOUR GOAL: Whether you want to get stronger, improve your fitness, on a weightloss jab or just want to improve your general health, tell Rung what your goal is and it creates a personalised plan for you.

ALL FOUR: Sleep, movement, recovery and food move together, so Rung coaches all four. It tells you which one is holding you back right now, and it changes the plan when you do.

ASK IT ANYTHING: What your numbers mean. What to do next. Why it matters. Answered from your own data, the moment you ask, in a conversation with context on you.

MEMORY: Rung remembers the last twelve months. Ask how your sleep has gone since you started and you get a real answer, not this week's average.

PLAIN ENGLISH: No acronyms, no lectures, no jargon you have to look up first. Simple advice to help you live a healthier life.

PRIVATE: Your raw health data never leaves your phone. Only the daily summaries reach the coach. Your data is used to coach you, and it is never sold.

TRY IT FREE: Seven days free, then a monthly or annual subscription. Cancel any time in your App Store settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Rung is a wellness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Always talk to your doctor about health decisions.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.7 — 2026-08-29

Your coach now follows up. Whatever it asked you to do, it checks your Apple Watch to see how it went and tells you what changed.

### 1.3.6 — 2026-08-27

We've added Health Summary: a page you can pass to your healthcare professional so they can analyse your lifestyle health.

### 1.3.5 — 2026-08-06

Meet your coach in under a minute.

A brand new welcome, and a cleaner, calmer new look across the whole app. Connect your Apple Watch and Rung reads your real numbers, shows you where you're starting, and gives you the one thing to focus on first. No long set up, no forms.

- A coach that reads your data and tells you what to actually do next
- Your starting score, and the few things that move it most
- One small step a day, and a streak worth keeping

Plus a faster, calmer first run and fixes under the hood.

### 1.3.4 — 2026-06-04

- The app has four tabs now: Today, Coaching, Vitals, and Actions. We rearranged the furniture. You'll find everything, eventually.
- New Vitals tab shows your heart, sleep, fitness, and recovery in plain English - "in range," "below your usual" - instead of a wall of numbers and a quiet sense of dread.
- Recovery, resting heart rate, and HRV are now measured overnight, the way the serious wearables do it.
- Metric screens now lead with your actual current number, not just the average. It turns out "here's your 7-day average" is a weird answer to "what's my heart rate right now."
- New Actions tab: a timeline of what you actually did - sleep, walks, workouts, check-ins, conversations with your coach. A diary you don't have to keep.
- Movement finally has a point. You get a weekly target and a straight answer on whether you're close, instead of vague moral support.
- Your coach now notices the kind of exercise you do, not just the amount. If it's all cardio, it will gently suggest lifting something heavy.
- The daily check-in moved to the evening. Asking how your day went at 8am was, in hindsight, ambitious. Mornings now just tell you how you slept.
- You can tell your coach what medications you're on, so it stops advising in a vacuum. It will not play doctor. That remains your doctor's job.
- The coach used to remember odd things, like the one time you mentioned doing housework. It has been asked, firmly, to stop bringing that up.

### 1.3.3 — 2026-06-03

The streak counter at the top of your home screen now opens an actual screen when you tap it, the coach gives you one thing to focus on each day instead of a whole list, and your Progress notes have stopped saying "check back shortly" when nothing was actually being reviewed. We also stopped making you re-introduce yourself every time you sign out, and had a quiet word with the coach about calling it your "Ring Score."
