## What is RunGaitAnalysis?

Your running problem usually isn't your shoes — it's a strength gap hiding in
  your stride. RunGait finds it.

  frame, right on your iPhone. It detects the left/right imbalances and movement
  faults in your stride, then turns them into a strength plan you can actually

  1. Capture — record a few short clips: running toward the camera, away, and
     past the side. A flat 10-meter stretch, path, or treadmill is all you need.
