### 2/5 — A bit useless now

*2026-07-12, version 26.13*

I’ve been using this as app for years, I love the quick filter option and how I can choose when I upload to Strava, but they’ve removed the option to share runs natively on what’s app /sms

### 3/5 — Paywall for the main use case

*2026-07-07*

You need to buy a recurring subscription even to do manual sync, which kills the whole purpose. Automated sync is understandable; even to do a manual export, I have to pay for a subscription. A one-time minimal fee is fine for manual sync, but a subscription is required for most features one won’t even use.

**Developer response:** Subscriptions fund the development, maintenance, and support of the app. Without them, the app would not exist.

### 2/5 — I want this to work

*2026-07-07, version 26.11*

Good in concept, but hard to use and I can’t get it to work :/

### 5/5 — Zuverlässig und mit tollem Support

*2026-04-06*

### 5/5 — love love love!

*2026-03-31, version 26.7*

love is all i have for this app! very happy with it and its support (:

### 3/5 — Good App but with Glitches

*2026-03-30*

Very good at pulling out the data from other apps such as Strava. Pushing down to Garmin Connect for example is a challenge. Need to select each activity-share it-disable Garmin Connect- enable it. Only then workout is visible in Garmin Connect.

**Developer response:** We're sorry this happened! It's definitely not the intended experience, and we want to make sure you get the most out of RunGap. Please contact support@rungap.com so we can investigate and fix this for you instantly. We'd love to turn this around for you before you update your rating. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Parfait !

*2026-03-26*

### 5/5 — Works just fine on a Mac

*2026-03-22, version 26.5*

I’ve used RunGap on an iPad and iPhone for many years. It’s easily the best app for managing sports data on any platform, including the Mac. I have just bought a MacBook Neo, and it works absolutely fine.

### 5/5 — Excellent application

*2026-02-25, version 26.3*

If you are looking for an app that sync all activities across workout equipment. This is it !

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2026-02-10, version 26.2*

A must have for anyone relying on multiple sports apps and devices. Life saver.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2026-02-05, version 26.2*

Love this app! I have an Apple Watch and it seamlessly integrates with Garmin Connect and Strava. It transfers my runs and workouts to both of those apps with literally no effort on my part. A++++++

### 4/5 — Doesn’t support Nike run club

*2026-02-04*

Please add Nike run club integration as well

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Monthly fee to write to apps

*2026-06-23, version 26.11*

Not clear before download that it cost $14/mo to write data to Apple Health. The only reason I was interested was to write to Apple Health but not at that cost.

### 1/5 — Very misleading

*2026-06-01, version 26.10*

This app forces you to pay before it allows you to write in other apps.

### 1/5 — garmin conect error

*2026-03-27*

가민 연결 안됨 6,600원 환불해주세여

**Developer response:** Please contact support@rungap.com before leaving a review so we can assist you. Most issues are resolved instantly. Note that this problem was fixed in version 26.7; updating the app should resolve it.

### 1/5 — Cheating

*2026-03-21*

You have been waiting for half a day for data import, and then it turns out that you have to pay!

**Developer response:** Subscriptions are what keep the app developed, maintained, and supported over time. It’s also clearly mentioned in the App Store description that exporting requires a subscription. Sorry if that part was missed. Hopefully you’ll find an option that better fits your needs - and your budget.
I get that you’re frustrated - if throwing out “cheating” makes you feel better, suit yourself.

### 1/5 — Политота

*2026-02-21, version 26.3*

Политота. Разработчик - ЛОХ

### 1/5 — Consistency is poor

*2026-02-18, version 26.2*

Consistently dropped connection to wahoo and Garmin

### 1/5 — Политота

*2026-02-17, version 26.2*

Политота

### 1/5 — Disgusting Segregation policy

*2026-02-10, version 26.2*

Positive review is currently unavailable from your region. Greetings from Russia. Slava России!!

### 1/5 — Repeated faults with garmin connection

*2026-02-03, version 26.2*

Repeated faults with garmin connection which was the whole reason I used the app

### 1/5 — Why make me pay monthly?

*2026-01-15, version 26.1*

I’m surprised this isn’t a one time payment. I also gave in and paid for it to port over the gps info for a run from Apple health and it still didn’t work. Seems like a one-off but really disappointing. I used an Apple Watch Ultra 3 and an iPhone 15 Pro Max at full battery and it was a normal route for the run.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2026-08-11, version 26.15*

I successfully transferred all my Fitbit data from 2021 over to Garmin.

### 5/5 — Reliable link between activity trackers.

*2026-07-27, version 26.15*

RunGap is a solid app that keeps data flowing between activity tracking apps even when the apps change their connection requirements. Been using for years.

### 5/5 — Useful utility

*2026-07-17, version 26.14*

With so many fitness apps out there, this utility was incredible at getting everything synced together, and keeping it synced!

### 5/5 — The best! Fixes all the sync challenges!

*2026-07-14, version 26.13*

I am not some super athlete but just a guy that likes to track my movement and exercise. I want to have data to spot trends and for who knows what in the future. The software of many devices frequently support synching with one another, or even with Apple Health. I use three devices and/or systems - Polar Flow, Concept 2 and Apple Health. Some of those support syncing to one, but not the others. Some support syncing but it’s frequently unreliable and just stops working. Run Gap to the rescue - I know have all the sync capabilities in those three system disabled and I use Run Gap as the orchestrator - pulling data from all three and synching it around to the others. It supports so many more systems that I don’t use too. This app is wonderful.

### 5/5 — Full control and insights

*2026-07-06, version 26.11*

Great app for managing all your sources of workout data, and providing more details/insights on your activity. This app makes importing from Garmin to Apple less tricky

### 5/5 — RunGap product and support

*2026-05-23, version 26.10*

I have been using RunGap on and off for about 8 years now I think and the product have really grown to address the many needs of their clients. Support has always been top notch with excellent communication and feedback when needed.

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-05-12, version 26.10*

Great app. Simple to use. Bridges the gap for data uploads between various apps. Also, customer support is wonderful.

### 5/5 — Meilleur moyen de transférer NRC vers Strava

*2026-04-24*

### 5/5 — Superb

*2026-04-21, version 26.8*

Thankyou for making it easy for me to get my Apple Watch activities into Garmin.

### 5/5 — Excellent application

*2026-04-12, version 26.8*

If you are looking for an app that sync all activities across workout equipment. This is it !
