## What is RunHeat?

RunHeat turns running workout data from Apple Health and user-selected Strava or Garmin export files into a heatmap, making it easy to review your running history at a glance. The yearly view helps you quickly see when you ran and how your distance changed over time.

RunHeat only uses running workout data and requests read-only access to workout records from Apple Health. Imported records stay in RunHeat's local storage on your device, are not written to Apple Health, and are not sent to an external server.
