Matches your running pace with your music from your favourite Spotify playlist. For Premium users it's also possible to have music with a fixed BPM.

INTERVAL
Ideal for High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Choose number and length of your intervals. You get a high intense song when you really need it and a slow song while resting.

Doesn’t work.  Music is horrible.  No ability to set bpm or speed up music or match music to rest

Good app except for sometimes app crashes without own custom intervals being saved. I could not apply upgrade to paid version. Tried reinstalling and logging in with another Spotify account but in the end had the purchase refunded.

Sadly it simply doesn’t work. I paid £2.99 for Premium but can’t extend interval beyond 1min 30secs or programme multiple intervals. 

In effect useless for after first week of my programme.

This app seemed perfect for what I needed for my 5K tomorrow, but unfortunately it’s just too buggy to use in it’s current state. 

The UI can be difficult to understand (it took me ages to work out how to edit the amount of Intervals), the music changes on every interval despite me setting the option to tell it not to do so, and the prompt to subscribe to premium would continue to pop up even though I had already paid the £2.99 fee.

There’s a lot of potential here as most apps can’t seem to recognise Spotify, and I sincerely hope that a lot of it’s problems can be rectified. A real Shame :(

This app is what motivates me! I love the statistics it provides, the simple layout. I also like how I can compare last week, month and year to the current week,month,and year side by side. The music set up is great and I love how I can set up my own interval workout and customize music for each interval.  Improvements: I've lost a couple runs where the app glitches for no reason, the pace in my statistics section doesn't seem to be accurate at all and I'm not sure but it doesn't seem to track well unless the app is open.  Can't wait for the next update!
