Just pick your interval durations and click GO!

"Plays well with others," so if you have favorite apps for audio or fitness tracking it will work well alongside those. Audio voice alerts or tones will momentarily lower the volume of your music or briefly pause spoken audio just long enough to hear the alert, then let you get right back to listening!

The tricky thing about the run/walk method is having something easily time your intervals. Problem solved!  And so generously too. If there was a way to make it vibrate on your watch, that’d be great. But why reach for the moon-we already have the stars. Highly recommend.

Searching for an app to coordinate my run/walk strategy. Other apps were too complicated, confusing. “RunIntervals”does one thing and does it correctly/efficiently. Set your run time/set your walk time and go. I opted for the pleasant voice prompt over the tone. I can listen to Spotify through my Shokz headset and “RunIntervals” will voice over the music with run/walk prompts. Very pleased!
