The app never works right. My employees can't turn off alerts at night. RunLoyal has cost my thousands of dollars, lied to me and even insulted me

After the request of the a new update, the app has not been the same. I haven’t been able to access anything else but the messages. I’m lucky enough to be able to access those to send photos and videos to clients, but I’m not able to check in ,check out or anything that’s necessary when I’m on the go.

I use the website at work but I can access my account on the app. It says my login is incorrect and I know it’s not.

This is, without question, the best kennel management platform out there.  Everything about my business has grown and improved because of it: revenue, customer satisfaction, communication, service offerings, organization… this app is a Ferrari.
