About

Runner 1 helps you run longer, without pushing too hard. When you start running, it’s easy for speed and stats to become the goal. But focusing too much on pace often means missing what really matters: staying in the aerobic zone. Aerobic running lets you train without overloading your body and makes it possible to keep running day after day. That’s why Runner 1 focuses on your heart rate and cadence while you run, helping you stay within an aerobic range. If you drift out of range, it lets you know. If your numbers look good, it encourages you to keep going. - On Apple Watch, you’ll get gentle haptic feedback when you move outside the target range. - On iPhone, AI analyzes your run and gives calm voice guidance, like “Maybe slow down a bit,” or “This pace looks good.” Runner 1 doesn’t push you to chase records. Instead, it helps you keep running — today, tomorrow, and beyond.
