## What is Runner's Interval Timer Str?

This free starter version of Runner's Interval Timer is a great introduction to the Run-Walk method.  Simple and quick! 


Features:

-Runs in background and lock/sleep mode.
-Sound alerts to indicate when to run and walk.
-Allows music to play.
-Option to prevent device auto-lock while timers are running.
-Double tap button to 'Hide Buttons' to prevent accidental presses 
-Easy interval selection using spin wheels to choose the running and walking times
-Running and walking times selection from 5 seconds to 3 minutes and 55 seconds in any 5 second increment
