This app has the potential to be great but what it’s currently delivering is lack luster. 

I will be reading an article, and if my finger isn’t glued to my screen, it will populate to the home page and I have to search the article again. 

The app operates like a webpage with ads.

Sometimes when I click a link it takes me outside of the app to my safari page where I’m not signed in.

Money came out of my account alright but that’s the only thing this app is good for. Can never sign in keeps asking me to become a member, ffs I am on already. Stay away from this waste of time. Do better, there are free apps that are better than this Paid one

I have a Runner's World membership. Magazine, access to content, etc. Logging into the app with my website credentials was difficult but FINALLY I got in. Entered those credentials repeatedly until it worked. Then, when I got into the app it tried to charge me for items my membership covered, and WERE accessible through the website. 
The one request I sent to their help-desk resulted in an email directing me to their FAQ's, and the link did not work. 
Useless app, useless help-desk.

I have been a RunnersWorld+ member for two years and have not been able to activate my subscription on the app. When I enter my email and zip code to activate it says subscriber not found. I receive the print magazine in the mail and it would be nice to be able to activate the digital benefits as well since that is how it is advertised.
