## What is Runnin Tool?

Runnin is a complete hub for runners, bringing fast calculators, race planning, training-plan progress and private activity insights together in one place.

Core tools work without registration. Calculate pace, time or distance, check splits, build a race strategy, convert treadmill speed, plan intervals, predict race results and estimate heart-rate zones.

An optional Runnin account securely synchronizes data across devices and keeps your records, races, heart-rate zones and training-plan progress available wherever you sign in. You can also connect Strava to import activities automatically and explore your training in the Training Centre.
