Speechless!
This app is hands down amazing! I used to get bored with other health apps and stop using them after a while, but I have finally settled down with Forerunner. The reason I am so impressed with this app is that it has all the data a runner actually needs. The sleep and fatigue analysis features are especially game-changing. It tells me exactly how well my body has recovered, and it compares it to the day before so I can intuitively know how hard I can push myself today. It doesn't have running tracking, but that's actually better because it allows me to focus entirely on my condition management. Another thing is that you can really feel this app cares about its users. One time I had a question while using the app, so I sent an email and was so touched when the team replied kindly in less than 24 hours! Nowadays, it's really hard to find a team that cares about their users this much. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to manage their condition smartly and run for the long run. Everything about it, from the quality of the app to the team's mindset, is just perfect! - David

Best Health + Running app
I’ve used some other apps for tracking fitness, sleep, HRV. most of them try to cover everything or focus broadly on general workouts, but as a runner, I always felt like the running-specific insights were either too shallow or buried. That’s what makes this app stand out. It’s clearly built with runners in mind, focusing on metrics and insights that actually matter for improving running performance. The way it presents training load, running readiness, and trends gives real insight into how your body is adapting over weeks. I’ve started paying much more attention to how my load changes and how that impacts performance, and it’s genuinely changed how I train. Forerunner is all you need!
