I can’t believe I paid for this app. You can’t customize your interval times. There are free apps that allow that. I wanted a very simple, yet customizable app. This is simple...

**Developer response:** This app incorporates 11 commonly used run-walk timers.  For users that require     customizable timer options we do offer the Running Interval Timer Pro that allows each button to be customized.

I have used this for a while and loved it but suddenly the beep to indicate switch between run/walk no longer works. I hate to have to keep looking at phone to see what I should be doing and miss changes.

Thanks for the response but I can figure that much out. I hear the beeps during the interval but it does not beep like it used to to change between running and walking. I am guessing since I hear the beeps throughout that the silence button is not the issue

**Developer response:** The beeps during the intervals “Session In Progress Beep”, operate on a different programming system separate from the actual run/walk alerts. If your  silent switch is not on, ensure that your Ringers and Alerts volume is turned up. If you still have issues please let us know.

There is a beep sound every two seconds during the run interval. Can you please turn it off?

**Developer response:** The beep sound you are referring to can be turned off with the "Session-In-Progress Beep" switch at the bottom of the interval selection screen.  The "Session-In-Progress" indicator beep can be used as an indication that the timers are indeed running.  Turning it off does not affect the timer sound alerts.  For future reference, this information is noted in the info (i) screen as well which can be accessed at the middle bottom of the interval selection screen.

I was looking for an app to help me do run/walk intervals while training for a half marathon.  I wanted something that would run in the background while I used my normal running app (Nike Run Club), listened to music, etc.  This did exactly that, and worked perfectly for my entire run.  Only thing I would love to see if the ability to set your own intervals vs. the preset options.

App functions well but the description failed to mention it does not run in the background so basically every time my phone fell asleep or was on my Nike app, this app did not work and did not tell me to switch to walking.

Once your phone is locked and in sleep mode it doesn't signal you when to start your jog or your walk.  You can not set your own intervals.
