## What is Running List Planner?

A typical planner shows a day. Running List shows the week. Each task is a row. Each day is a cell you tap.

Tap a cell and that day cycles through the states that actually happen: planned, done, partly done, moved, cancelled. Nothing is silently lost. Friday then shows where the week went, not only what is still open.

TWELVE WEEKS INSTEAD OF TWELVE MONTHS

Year-long plans go quiet because the deadline sits too far out to feel. Running List runs in twelve-week cycles: a short vision, one to three goals, each goal broken into weekly tactics. The finish line stays close enough to matter.

YOUR EXECUTION SCORE

Each week gets a score. That score is the share of planned actions you actually completed. The target is 85% and above. The number is blunt on purpose. It measures execution, not intention. It tells you early whether the cycle is on track, while there is still time to fix it.

HOW A CYCLE RUNS

1. Write your vision in a sentence or two.
2. Pick one to three goals for the next twelve weeks.
3. Give each goal concrete weekly tactics.
4. Tick tactics off as you do them.
5. Read your score at the end of the week and adjust.

Repeat. Twelve weeks later you have either the result or an honest record of why not.

SUBSCRIPTION

Running List Planner offers weekly, three-month and annual subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings at any time.
