Know your store at a glance. RunOps opens to a live dashboard: six KPIs (sales-per-hour, units-per-transaction, coverage, insole & sock attachment, dollars-per-transaction), a revenue-pulse chart with a momentum badge and a last-year overlay, and a weekly-goal tracker that tells you if you're on pace while there's still time to do something about it. Scope everything to one store or all of them, over 7 to 60 days. Same numbers you see on the web platform. Find any item in seconds. Search inventory by product name, SKU, brand, or UPC, right from Home or the Inventory tab. See on-hand, days-of-supply, weekly velocity, and margin, filter by store and stock level, and answer a customer's "do you have these in a 10?" without leaving the floor. Catch problems early. RunOps surfaces inventory anomalies: a SKU that dropped to zero without a sale, a sudden velocity spike, negative stock after a return. Top 5 on Home, full list one tap away, each with a transaction trail that shows exactly what happened, when, and who was involved. Inventory you can trust. Filter by all / low stock / out of stock and open any product's full story: a 30-day summary plus an item-level ledger of every sale, return, and receipt. Your schedule, your way. Clock in and out by store, see your upcoming shifts, post and claim shift trades, and request time off, all without leaving the floor. Start an activity when you're working outside a scheduled shift, and a manager confirms it afterwards. Every store, every alert. Browse all your stores with live KPI snapshots. Floor associates get a lighter, task-focused board: shift, clock, quick search, stock to watch. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-07 Your shifts now say which week they are The schedule used to say "this week" without being able to tell you which week that was. On stores whose working week does not start on a Monday it sometimes was not the week you were in at all. It now names the dates it is showing, and you can step back or forward a week from the same screen. If sign-in turns you away, you will read why Being told the account uses Google sign-in, or that an admin has not approved the request yet, is something you can act on. Those answers used to arrive on the phone as a generic failure. Keeping up with your permissions If your organization uses custom roles, RunOps now follows them on your phone the same way it does on the web. You will only be offered the parts of the app your role actually opens, instead of being shown a screen that then refuses to load. ### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-06 A light theme, if you want one RunOps has been dark since it shipped. It still is by default, so nothing changes unless you go looking: open your profile and pick Light under Appearance. The colours match RunOps on the web, and the choice stays on this device, so your phone and your computer can differ if that suits how you use them. Approve time off without leaving the floor Managers can now settle time off in the app, not just punches and availability changes. Opening a request shows who else is working that day and who else is already off, so the call can be made on the spot instead of from a desk. If the schedule for that week has not been published yet, the app says so rather than showing you an empty day and letting you read it as nobody being on. Changed your mind? You can now withdraw your own time off request while it is still waiting for an answer. Also in this update: your hours for the last 14 days could quietly drop the oldest day during the evening, so the total looked different depending on when you checked it. It holds steady now. ### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-04 Tell your manager which hours work for you If your store turns this on, you can now set the hours you are available from the app instead of asking someone to change them for you. Pick a day, set the times, and copy them across the rest of the week in a couple of taps. Your manager reviews the request. Nothing about your schedule changes until they approve it, so your current hours keep standing in the meantime. You see the answer either way, along with any note they leave. Managers get these in Approvals, with the reason and the proposed week laid out, and can approve or decline with a note of their own. Also in this update: when you clock in without a scheduled shift, the store list now shows only the stores you actually work at. Time off requests now show who approved or declined them, and when a request cannot go through, the app tells you the reason and what to do next instead of only saying it failed. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-07 Notifications, and an easier time-off request RunOps can now reach you on your phone. New shifts, approvals and time-off updates show up as notifications, so you don't have to open the app to find out. To turn them on, sign in and tap Allow when your phone asks. Your profile shows whether they're on for this device. Picking dates for a time-off request is clearer now. Choose a date, confirm it, and you're back on the form. No more guessing how to close the calendar.
