Why would I pay for something that relies on the feeling of “sunk cost” answering all the questions to make me feel like I should pay instead of paying because it works? The deadline to cancel was approaching and I could not find anywhere to cancel my free trial and was charged a yearly subscription to 90 dollars. I still am unable to find a way to cancel through the app, App Store, or website. This should be illegal to make it so difficult to cancel that they just take your money. ### 3/5 — Great app, predatory tactics *2026-08-10* A great app, but extremely convoluted to cancel during the free trial. They make you subscribe through safari so that you can’t cancel through the subscription section on the Apple Store. They also provide no way to do so on the app (they don’t even provide a way to check your profile). If you want to cancel, you have to check the first email they send you when you sign-up. In it, there’s a link called “manage your subscription” which allows you to cancel. I liked it at first, but it was too complex for a total beginner who had no familiarity with the game. I went to cancel the trial, thinking it would be under my Apple subscriptions in settings, as would normally be. It wasn’t there. Nowhere within the app does it allow you to cancel the “free trial.” I emailed the listed support email within the app, on the 2nd day out of the 7 day trial. No response this entire time. Followed up and emailed a second time asking for help to cancel, with zero response. I have no idea if this is quality training content or this is vibe coded AI slop. It doesn’t need to be a long trial, 3 days would be plenty. But without being able to understand the depth and breadth of the content and the core training loop, it feels unreasonable. Yes, I saw the money back guarantee listed, but nobody wants to take time out of their day to email support and wait for a refund and probably have to endure another cancellation sales pitch or lecture of how they’re wrong and didn’t use the app properly. ### 1/5 — Lacks Clarity *2026-08-16, version 1.2.0* This is not really what I want to spend my time doing.
