## What is RunPack?

RunPack is the running app for you and your crew. Track runs with your iPhone's GPS, plan a route from your door, follow a training plan that buzzes when to run and walk, and share it all with a private running group: a feed, a chat and group runs that only your friends can see.

No watch needed — and if you have one, it makes RunPack even better.

GPS RUN TRACKER, NO WATCH NEEDED
Live map, distance and pace, with your current interval and crew on the Lock Screen so your phone can stay in your pocket. Set a target pace and RunPack buzzes when you drift. Every run is saved to Apple Health.

PLAN A RUNNING ROUTE
Pick a distance and RunPack suggests three loops from where you are, along real streets and paths. Or choose an out-and-back, draw your own on the map, or save a run you've done. Your phone buzzes if you leave the route.

RUN TOGETHER, LIVE
Switch on "Run together live" before a run and your crew sees your distance and time as you go — never your location. You feel a buzz when a crewmate starts or finishes.

TRAINING PLANS AND YOUR OWN INTERVALS
Start running (no running to 30 minutes in 8 weeks), 5K faster or 10K, or build your own intervals: warm-up, repeats, cool-down. A buzz and a banner at every switch, even with the screen locked. With RunPack Plus, plans adapt: miss a week and it comes round again; tired or sore, and the hard runs turn easy.

YOUR CREW: FEED, CHAT AND GROUP RUNS
Every shared run lands in your crew's private feed with distance, pace and PR badges. Comment, react, and talk in the crew chat. Post a group run with a time and place; everyone taps I'm in and gets a reminder an hour before. Crew milestones like 100 km together, crew routes with everyone's best time, and a weekly challenge set from each person's own running. No prizes, no rankings.

RECORDS, CALENDAR AND RECAPS
Splits, a pace chart and elevation for every run. Fastest 1 km, mile, 5 km and 10 km, longest run, biggest week. A month calendar, your week streak and a monthly recap to share. Runs from Apple Watch, Garmin or other apps in Apple Health count too.

KNOW HOW HARD TO GO TODAY
A 10-second morning check-in, or sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from your watch through Apple Health, tells you whether to push or take it easy. When a signal is missing, it says so.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND WRIST
A "This week" widget, recovery widgets, an Apple Watch app, and Siri: "Start a run in RunPack."

RUNPACK PLUS — ONE PERSON PAYS FOR THE CREW
RunPack is free for you and crews of up to 8. RunPack Plus covers your whole crew: up to 30 people, route maps and photos on runs, unlimited planned routes (5 without Plus), adaptive plans and crew goals. $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, paid by one person. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings.

A big one. RunPack has a new look, and a lot more to do with your crew.

- Run together live: turn it on before a run and your crew sees your distance and time while you run. Never where you are.
- Crew chat, and comments on runs.
- Build your own intervals: warm-up, repeats, cool-down. Your phone buzzes at every switch.
- Plans that adapt (RunPack Plus): miss a week and it comes round again; tired or sore, and the hard runs turn easy.
- A new Today: your week, your next run and your crew in one place.
- You: personal records (now with the fastest mile), a calendar of your runs and a monthly recap to share.
- Crew milestones like 100 km together, a public page for your crew if you want one, and share cards for your week, month, plan and challenge.
- A weekly challenge for solo runners too.
- A "This week" widget, and the current interval on the Lock Screen while you run.
- Choose km or miles in Settings.
