RunRunBaby gives everyday runners simple audio-guided structure for better runs. Choose Zone 2, Fartlek, or VO2 Max, pick your setup, and hear clear cues while you run.

Heart-rate guidance is optional. Connect a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor when you want live effort cues, or run without HR and use time-based guidance.

Built for runners who want progress without a complicated training plan: most runs easy, some speed, always enough recovery.

RunRunBaby stores settings and run history locally on your device. No account is required.
