I can’t enter in cards, scores or anything after games. It constantly is glitching and it is super frustrating. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste time and money *2022-09-25* Full of bugs, I actually can’t use the app to key in the score and cards. Why no expenses or game searches as per the website? It is not fit for purpose. However the date is not duplicating so the whole setup is nonsense and strange things happen when you then try and select one of these duplicated sessions. This makes the app unusable for its only data entry feature. Given the basic nature of this app and the fact it’s broken - the £2.99 charge is some what laughable! Availability is in blocks of “AM, PM, EVE” rather than specific times. Pretty much anything you would want to do, you can’t. ### 1/5 — User unfriendly *2026-06-16* Tried multiple times just to use this app for ref allocation. Password doesn’t work, it’s correct on the website but not on the app needs sorting out one year on. ### 1/5 — Great idea but app doesn’t work *2023-10-13* It would be so handy having an app for WTR, but it always tells me my login details are wrong when I can login just fine on the web version with the same details. Fix this and life would be complete! ### 2/5 — ….still crashes it seems *2024-10-15* Ok so I do like the calendar / availability functionality - far better than the website so giving it more than 1 star for this reason. But as per the other review from back in August, when I click on a game for more information (eg. Venue), it just crashes every time. Please add venue name and address to the game summary screen. ### 2/5 — Log in details not recognised *2022-05-31* My log in details had to be changed but the app declines my new password . When I click the forgot user name/ password the drop down box only refers to Rugby and Basketball not cricket which is the game I’m registered for . The log in on the website works but I need the app for out of home reference . ### 2/5 — Needs Improvement!! *2019-08-18* So we have been waiting for a app for a while but first use was not impressed. First let’s start with the profile page. You get to see all your own details but are unable to change any off it which means you still have to go onto a laptop to change it. Game section is a bit better, there is a bit more interaction it lets you see your past games and future appointment and when you click on them it shows all the deatils you can get to see on the website so 👍 for that. But still improvements could be done to allow more features that the website does. Last but not least the availability page it’s nice to have but I wish you could change you availability for whole days not having to individually press AM PM and Evening to get one day off. I just had to do it for a whole month and it took way to long.
