## What is RunStamp?

RunStamp turns the runs you record on Apple Watch and iPhone into emotional posters and a running diary you'll actually want to share.

It automatically pulls together your distance, time, pace, heart rate, and route, then adds today's mood and a one-line note to create a single image ready to post straight to Instagram.

You don't have to be a fast runner. A short distance, a slow pace — if you got out and ran today, it's worth remembering.

■ Automatic running posters
Finish your run, open the app, and a poster is already waiting. Save and share in Story 9:16, Feed 1:1, or Portrait 4:5.

■ 7 emotional templates · your own photo as the background
Minimal Run, Night Runner, Slow But Done, and more. Drop in a photo you took today, drag and zoom to frame it, and lay your caption on top.

■ Beginner-friendly wording
A slow pace shows up as "Easy," not "slow," and a run with walking breaks becomes "Run-Walk." Slow runners get to show off without the shame.

■ Smart captions & hashtags
Pick today's mood and RunStamp completes a matching one-liner and hashtags for you.

■ Stamp badges
First Run · 5K Done · Slow But Done… collect badges as your runs add up.

■ Privacy protection for safe sharing (on by default)
Auto-hide your home-area route · blur start/end points · convert your route into line-art. Photo-background posters never embed GPS or an address.

■ Monthly report
This month's total distance, run count, top mood, and "sentence of the month" in one image.

■ Fully on device
Everything is processed only on your device. No server uploads, no account, no ads, no tracking. Health data is read-only and never written.

Import your runs and use the core posters and default privacy protection for free. Unlock Pro forever with a one-time purchase (no subscription) for premium templates, photo backgrounds, line-art, and watermark removal.

Make today's run look good.
