## What is RunWalkTimer?

RunWalkTimer helps you stick to run/walk intervals on race day—on iPhone or Apple Watch.

Set your plan (for example 3:00 run / 0:30 walk), tap Start, and follow a large countdown that clearly shows Run or Walk. At every change you can get haptics, audio, or spoken “Run” / “Walk” prompts—so you stay on pace without staring at the screen.

Race your way 
 • Full timer on iPhone — Start, Skip, and Stop with a big, glanceable countdown
 • Full timer on Apple Watch — built for the wrist, including Always On
 • Phone and Watch sessions run independently — use whichever device fits the workout
