What makes this even more frustrating is that there was no clear warning before generating the video telling me how many credits it was going to cost. Had I known that one 20-second generation would use that many credits, I never would have proceeded. To make matters worse, the final video was terrible and did not follow the description or instructions I provided, so I couldn’t even use it. Paying $14.99 for a monthly subscription only to have the credits disappear after one unusable 20-second video is extremely disappointing. There needs to be much better transparency about credit costs before a user clicks generate. On top of that they refused to refund the credits used for that model. Ridiculous. The credits are consumed extremely quickly, and after just a few generations of short videos, you can be left with almost no credits. For consistent content creation, it doesn’t feel cost-effective. You end up having to pay again just to keep working. The quality can be good, but the relationship between price, credits, and the amount of content you can actually generate is very disappointing.
