After a few seconds, I noticed the phone was silent because the app keeps crashing. :c Pity. It motivated me to run instead of walk. ### 2/5 — Eh *2012-11-29, version 3.0* It's kind of boring. The game didn't lag for me and it was a good pace but it was boring. The sounds were kind of corny and idk it could be better. Let's start with that. I have been trying to get in better shape but something else always takes up my time. I tried this app last week with a friend and we pretty much ran the whole time. We were laughing so hard when the zombies got closer and started making noise. Yes, that's right- ignore the other reviews about no noise. We had our music playing and still heard zombies breathing down our necks. Maybe they needed to adjust the volume or something in the settings. Anyway, I actually look forward to running now thanks to this app. My only complaint (and the reason I only gave 4 stars) is you can't set your destination the same as your starting point. It just keeps glitching the push notification pop up off and on every 1/2 second. ### 4/5 — I bought this long ago, and really enjoy the update *2012-05-20* I'm very happy to say the creators are listening to the criticism and actually modifying based on what the user wants. The new update allows destination and safe houses. This is EXTREMELY more entertaining then the first version, and gives more strategy and makes this app more then a run app and more of a game. Now that it has been updated, I have faith they will continue to improve this game. The update is good and You have gotten a happy customer who will look out for your products now. As for continued improvement, better AI would be preferred to even deeper the experience. More importantly, more enemies would be better. The AI doesn't need to know more because they are mindless zombies, but part of the appeal of zombies would be quantity. Have an option to choose size of mob? That would be more entertaining (possibly place spawn points near safehouses as well as original spot?) Another great option would be some defensive option such as aiming your gps and pressing a button to shoot or stun zombies. It would make the experience feel more in depth. Overall though, fantastic update. I'm very satisfied with it (I thought I had wasted my dollar before it) I'm happy I kept it and am really looking forward to further evolution of the game. ### 1/5 — Run zombie run *2012-05-13, version 2.3* It does not work, stalled on update as well I had to delete the app. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2012-05-05, version 2.3* This is a seriously terrible app. It is a complete waste of .99. Want me money back ### 1/5 — Crashed *2013-01-23, version 3.3* My game works perfectly fine until it reaches just over 1/4 of the goal, or 30 seconds, whichever comes first. It crashes after that, so I have to go out of the game and start all over again, only for the same thing to happen. I think this app is a waste of money, I thought it was going to be more fun, but I was wrong! I want my money back! This app doesn't even deserve one star, but I have to give it a rating before I can submit my review! >:( It's a great concept, if only the app worked. Please fix this! I'd start up, turn my music on and hear that the zombies are only 50meters away. Then after 5 maybe 10mins later I notice I don't hear anything and I find out that it crashed. Make an update which includes: - having random weapons scattered around the environment, have to use iPhone as gun to aim at zombies and shoot them. - been able to see other 'runners' on the map, meet up with them to assist in taking a horde of zombies. Could be a great way to meet new people! - have safe zones which u can take a super quick break, by the time the zombies arrive, you only have limit time in safe zone before that break through! - maybe have a point system that u can check online to see who's the faster runner / has the most zombie kills!!
