I’ve had this game downloaded for years now and with every update I fall more and more in love with it. It’s such a fun game with a lot of things to do. They’re always coming up with new mini events and monthly rewards. One thing I appreciate is that you are never forced to watch ads or spend money to make progress in this game. You can choose to watch some ads for bonuses but your gameplay will never be interrupted.  One thing I wish would be added would be a way to turn off some of the graphics since my phone sometimes gets the battery drained.

This game used to be fun but the developers don’t bother to listen to the players who are quite loyal over the years. Now it’s the buggiest games I’ve ever played. You can report it to support all day long and no one fixes anything. The game is riddled with bots now because the good players left the game over the poor function of the game app. You are lucky to get a response from support and even when you do, it’s like a week or more to hear back from them. They literally are their own worse enemy. The ads are always messed up, things are broken on the app for extended periods of time and support does nothing. You wonder why people who have played for years are leaving. They add things to the app that no player asked for. They don’t listen to their audience and the game is just being driven into the ground.

There are sooooo many outfits in the drag race global platforms and yet the store is constantly empty of outfits to buy. It has been months of consistent empty tabs. The only time outfits come up is when there is a monthly event. Please add more outfits and make the maxi challenge tabs more attainable to achieve.

you all have effectively ruined this game. how you even still get positive reviews is beyond me because the subreddit really highlights how much you’ve let
down the players. you prioritize changes that no player asked for or wanted, like the “claim all” button. & then go & “update the ads” & have made it clear that your agenda is increasing your profits over keeping anything that actually
made this game special & fun. 

& the fact that WOW actually
co-signs all this garbage doesn’t even surprise me with the way they’ve continually ruined RDR in general.

This game literally has the most USELESS updates ever!! Instead of actually updating the game, you guys are just making the user experience so TRASH and horrible. Like why would you guys not let us buy multiple items from the store?? Now I can’t buy or upgrade the haus store pieces nor can I upgrade the legendary piece from the T&B store because WE CANT BUY THEM!! Stop updating the game unnecessarily unless it actually needs updating because you guys are just making it worse for EVERYONE!!
