There are so many bugs. The app has crashed a lot more than what I would prefer. If my bank would allow for attestation I would do it outside the app.

Customer service availability says 7am -11pm IST. But no response.  Filed a request to refund since they were not able to give me on time service. After filing, I got a receipt of payment after 4 business days. They closed my request. Seems like they have no intention of giving back my money. BEWARE NRIs!

I payed for the documents to be notarized, and successfully completed the notary call and the notary person told after the session is ended I will be able to download the documents, but from past 8 hrs stuck in notary call completed state.

I paid $18 for an online notarization expecting a smooth process, but the experience was terrible. It took over 12 hours just to review the document and schedule a Zoom call with the notary, followed by another 24 hours to receive the notarized document. When I finally got it, my last name was missing from the main part of the document. Support dismissed my concern, saying it wouldn’t be an issue since my name appeared at the bottom. The bank rejected the document due to the name mismatch. Now support has gone silent. This was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this service.

I had read some of the previous negative reviews and was a little concerned before starting the process. But my experience was totally different from all those reviews. I had a very smooth experience. I uploaded my docs, got on a call and the notarization was completed in a jiffy. They also have an option to contact them via WhatsApp for any questions which I used and I got a quick response. Overall very professional and responsive.
