Critical Location Issue on iPhone vs Android

I am facing a major issue with the iOS version of Rupyz. Every time I try to punch a counter location, the app shows a "location issue" error. Interestingly, the app works perfectly on Android devices at the exact same spots. This seems to be a bug specific to the iPhone app's GPS/location handling. Please fix this, as it makes field work very difficult for iPhone users.

The app is very user friendly. It helps to record the customer data, which is saved at one place, I no longer need to keep notes. It saves me a lot of time It has a feature to add photos of shops and pdf of transactions. Everything is done directly on the app. A great App for an organization to track their business.
