- Log on is a pain. If I open the app, it is obvious that I want to log in. Why do I need to select Clients Access?!?

- When I log in and see my accounts, I must select the account TWICE for it to register. One click never works.  This has been a bug for at least 2 years. 

- Why cant the online service use a normal 2 factor authentication?  It is very inconvienent and old-school to have a code, then an SMS to log in. 

- The color schemes in the app are not great (also not existant). It is difficult to select Contracts because it is not clear which is selected.
