I can't do anything with this trash app it's says loading and when it's done nothing pops up and you have to pay to keep searching that's stupid don't buy this app

I have tried searching a pic with us I have about my iPhone 6s Plus and my iPad air. Says loading and searching but never processes anything. On my iPad it was open for days still stuck on the same screen. I'd like to know if it really does work or if I'm doing something wrong!
