I’m a week in to the challenge and it genuinely has everything anyone looking into self-improvement can ask for. Between tracking reading, meditation, even complimenting others. That’s just the beginning. Water-intake tracking, workout routines, diet suggestions, calorie trackers. I can go on all day. Even with all those features, (not to mention the built-in journal with photos) everything is so well organized and easy to navigate! I definitely need to improve some of my habits and the app helps realize exactly the fields I’m slacking in. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Absolute spectacle of an app!!!!
