## What is Rushes?

Your workout was the hard part. Posting it shouldn't be.

RUSHES turns any video on your phone into a workout post - your route, your pace, your heart rate, drawn over your own footage.

PICK A VIDEO. PICK A WORKOUT. DONE.
Everything you've tracked on Apple Watch or synced to the Apple Health app is already waiting. Choose a workout, choose a clip, and RUSHES lays the stats over the top. No typing them in, no screenshots, no cropping a share card into a Story and hoping it lines up.

SHOW ONLY WHAT YOU WANT TO SHOW
Build the overlay from pieces, and put each one exactly where it belongs:

• Route - your real GPS track.
• Metrics - distance, pace, time, calories, elevation and power
• Heart rate - with a beat that pulses in time
• and more

Drag them anywhere. Resize them. Restyle them. Delete the ones you don't want. Your video, your call.

MONTHLY & YEARLY RECAPS
One video for the whole month, or year. Every workout you did, laid out as a grid of routes with the stats under each. Move and resize so whoever is in the video stays visible.

THE WEEK BEHIND THE WORKOUT
One workout is a moment. Add the week strip and RUSHES draws seven rings, one for each day, filled from your exercise minutes in Apple Health - so the run in the video sits in the context of everything else you put in this week.

EXPORT AND SHARE
Renders straight to your camera roll at full high definition quality, with HDR, ready for Stories, Reels or the group chat.

METRIC, IMPERIAL, OR BOTH
Kilometres or miles, metres or feet, kilocalories or kilojoules, pool lengths in metres or yards. Set it once, or let each sport follow its own convention the way you already think about it.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
RUSHES reads your workouts from Apple Health on your device, and creates your video on your device. Your data is never uploaded to us and never sold.

RUSHES PLUS
Plus unlocks the full set of elements, styles, recaps, and removes our logo from your exports.
