I specifically requested a thorough cleaning of the shower and toilet and those items looked virtually untouched. My shoes were stacked on top of each other. Her hair was on the floor in the shower. Shower glass wasn’t cleaned. I can’t reach out to cleaner directly because the chat with the cleaner closes after service.
