I get an error every time I try to log in. “EEK A BUG. A temporary technical bug is affecting this part of the app. Rest assured we’re hard fixing it. Check back soon”   It affects the whole app, and it has been months.

The app is useless as soon as I login I get a message saying app can’t pull up my account and directs me to the website so having the app is pointless

I try to login and it tells me wrong password. I try to change my password and it won’t let me.  I guess I’ll keep just calling to make my payment

When I enter my login data (since I already have an online sign in) it brings me to a screen that asks for two-factor authentication and the only option listed is my email address. I select the radial button on that a choose send passcode and it gives me an error message that says “please choose an option to send a code”. So far can’t get it to work.

We are new to each other but I like how everything is going and the app is easy to navigate and understand. At this point I rate them 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
