I love her workouts. After using it, I find the app UX/UI lacks intuition I have to exit and scroll down for the next exercise every time which is annoying. It doesn’t track which exercises are done or reward me for exercising. It’s pretty much an e-book with videos. Feels like a very pre-Covid app. I haven’t been using as often as I expected and I expect more from an innovative brand like Rush Tush. ### 4/5 — This is the personalized fitness app you’ve been looking for! *2020-03-31, version 4.0* This app is so great. The UX and CX is great and seamless. Beautiful high quality video, with a little personalized touch here and there - the ability to select your fitness level and goals so you’re working to a well laid out plan. I’ve been using multiple Aussie fitness apps over my journey of motherhood & honestly this is the one. She explains each movement so clearly that it’s easy to get good form AND learn WHY you’re doing each movement. She’s so motivating, it honestly feels like she’s having a 1 on 1 PT session with you. I have 3 kids so I have to do home workouts & this app is LEGIT.
