I use it a lot in tandem with a few other apps, and this one is a valued member of the team. ### 4/5 — Great *2014-01-15, version 9.5.1* Great little app for finding what words mean. Works well. ### 4/5 — Incredibly useful app *2013-11-13, version 9.2* Enormous vocabulary available, and each word often has several translations to give you a fuller flavour of what the Russian word means. Only criticism is that there are no accents on the Russian words, meaning that, if you want to get the stress right, you need to pay for the upgrade in order to listen to the voice-recorded pronunciation. ### 5/5 — Love this dictionary *2013-02-12* I really enjoy using this dictionary. It's seldom that I can't find a word I'm looking for. Sure beats carrying a huge Russian English - English Russian pocket dictionary around. The app has the support of audio pronunciation and although not always perfect it is sufficient when supplemented with the phrenetic spelling to help you get it right. Nice interface. Easy to use. I find it's also fun to try and type in Cyrillic letters. Poor very poor ### 2/5 — Russian Dictionary Pro *2013-02-15, version 7.8.1* I bought this to integrate with iBooks and the rest of iPad "define" functions. It does not fully do this - whilst it is possible to copy and paste the results are not consistent. Most importantly, the dictionary does not recognise conjugated verbs or words in cases other than nominative. Hence a search for наших for example, returns no result, even though наш is in the dictionary. So unless you are prepared to search using only infinitives of verbs and nominative forms of nouns adjectives and adverbs you won't get any results. I thought I was going to go for a Collins or Oxford dictionary - you know, reputable ones! But this one is really excellent. Easy to use and with the pronunciations of the words! Definitely needed for Russian!!
