Can’t even select a store to begin the order! And i give it an address and it shows store 20 miles and 30 miles away! When i know for a fact there is one down the road!…. And what is with asking for my address, why do u need that for sign up!!! Nobody else is asking me for that! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-04-11* Very disjointed app. When I attempt to order from the nearest store it says “outside delivery area” but when I call the store & order, no problem at all getting it delivered the few blocks to my home. The store gives me my “points” for each order but the points on the app linked to my same phone number always shows 0 points. A totally useless app. Avoid frustrating yourself and just call your nearest store and dump the app until they re-do it to function properly. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-02-22, version 3.0.0* Broken App can not register. Cannot send recover code to email. Quite useless ### 1/5 — No store nearby *2024-07-19* There is a Russo’s 8minutes from my house, but the app does not recognize it and so I have no way of ordering any pizza from them via the app, and there is no way to scan in the receipt even if I were to order via the website instead. No way to earn points. ### 1/5 — Could Not Check Out *2022-09-09* Could get order in basket but could not check out for a take out order. The app kept looping back to third party drivers as if my order was for delivery. Tried on iPhone and iPad. Am uninstalling this app. ### 2/5 — Clunky *2021-11-07, version 3.0.0* I love Russo’s, but this app is buggy. Although I have a credit card saved into it, when I check that card as my method of payment, I get a message that no method of payment was chosen, so I have to re-enter the card number, expiration, name on card, and security code every time I order. Also, if delivery is chosen, the app doesn’t provide an option to tip the driver, so you’ll either need to have cash on hand to tip or use the app only for pick-up. It definitely needs some work. ### 1/5 — Local stores not available *2021-10-23* Only stores available to are Texas stores. Neither of the two Tulsa Oklahoma stores are listed ### 1/5 — Won’t let me start an account *2021-03-04* It says I already have an account on my email address. To reset password to give email address and they’ll send a reset email The email is never sent so I can’t register an account. I don’t always want to be a guest. ### 1/5 — Add your Kingwood location *2020-09-23* I live a few miles from your store in Kingwood, TX and it appears that location isn’t on your list. Closest store that pulls up is your one in The Woodlands and says I am out of your delivery area. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2019-09-01, version 3.0.0* App is garbage. Keeps giving me a gate code error.
