Although I have a credit card saved into it, when I check that card as my method of payment, I get a message that no method of payment was chosen, so I have to re-enter the card number, expiration, name on card, and security code every time I order. Also, if delivery is chosen, the app doesn’t provide an option to tip the driver, so you’ll either need to have cash on hand to tip or use the app only for pick-up. It definitely needs some work. ### 1/5 — Eternal loading screen *2019-04-23, version 3.0.0* See title ### 1/5 — App needs to be redesigned to use location service *2018-12-26* Ordered using app. Received call from restaurant saying my apartment is outside their location. Please update your app to check distance of locations and if they fit within your delivery range. I ended up driving to the wrong location and spent an additional 20 min in transit. ### 3/5 — Can’t use credit card *2018-10-31* Every single time I have ordered on the app and tried paying with a credit card, it gives me an error. If you do not see a pizza on the menu that has everything you want be prepared to role up your sleeves. $2.95 per topping, especially vegetables, adds up quickly. Also, the Cypress, TX (Fairfield) never has Dr. Pepper. The local stores do not know how to use. Ordered pizza, delivery chosen and it had a coupon. The coupon was theirs online. Used coupon. 1 hour later, called. Said it was pick up. They delivered and charged more because they said I need a coupon code and they cannot accept. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2016-09-30* Have lived at same location for 6 years with 2 Russo’s within 2 miles of my house... and this #%!?%# app says there's not a pizzeria within my area! It crashes constantly and after entering my credit card 3 times, it kept declining it. Better to call the store and order. Save the hassle. 1 order didn't receive special instructions, so had to wait another 20 minutes to cook right order. And i give it an address and it shows store 20 miles and 30 miles away! When i know for a fact there is one down the road!…. And what is with asking for my address, why do u need that for sign up!!! Nobody else is asking me for that! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2025-04-11* Very disjointed app. When I attempt to order from the nearest store it says “outside delivery area” but when I call the store & order, no problem at all getting it delivered the few blocks to my home. The store gives me my “points” for each order but the points on the app linked to my same phone number always shows 0 points. The app kept looping back to third party drivers as if my order was for delivery. Tried on iPhone and iPad. I don’t always want to be a guest. ### 1/5 — Add your Kingwood location *2020-09-23* I live a few miles from your store in Kingwood, TX and it appears that location isn’t on your list. Closest store that pulls up is your one in The Woodlands and says I am out of your delivery area. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2019-09-01, version 3.0.0* App is garbage. Keeps giving me a gate code error.
