## What is Ruta App?

Ruta connects you with licensed taxi companies in Sarajevo — request a
ride, watch your taxi arrive on the map, and pay the regulated meter fare
in cash.

HOW IT WORKS
• Set your pickup and destination — search an address, drop a pin, or use
a saved place like Home and Work.
• See the estimated fare, distance, and time before you book. Estimates
follow the official taxi meter tariff — Ruta does not set its own prices
and there is no surge pricing.
• A nearby licensed driver accepts your request. You see the driver's name,
vehicle, and plate number, and you track the car live on the map.
• Ride and pay the driver directly in cash at the regulated fare. Your trip
history and fare records stay in the app.

• One-tap emergency call to 112 during any trip, with your driver and
vehicle details on screen.
• Share your live trip — driver, car, and destination — with someone you
trust.
