Ruta Meter is a light meter for film photography. Download and use the Free features at no cost. Ruta Meter Pro requires an optional, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all Pro features for lifetime access. No subscription.

- Live 9- or 24-area exposure map.
- Average and spot metering with ISO, aperture and shutter controls.
- Hold a reading and add handwritten annotations.

- Save one meter report per day, with optional GPS.
- Transfer that daily saved report locally to the separate Ruta Foto app for free.

WORKS WITH RUTA FOTO

Ruta Meter measures light. Ruta Foto organizes photographs, places and photographic ideas. They are separate apps and each works independently.

The local connection is included with Ruta Meter Free for its daily saved report. Pro adds unlimited saved reports and transfers in Ruta Meter. Ruta Foto must be installed to receive transfers; buying Ruta Meter Pro does not purchase or unlock paid features in Ruta Foto.

Camera permission is required for live metering. Location is optional when saving a GPS report. No Ruta account is required.
