The Rutakko mobile library is an application for all customers of the Ylä-Savo library network Rutakko. In the application, you can find the opening hours and contact information of Rutakko libraries. In addition, the application works as a library card. By accepting the sending of messages through the application, you will also receive Rutakko libraries' current announcements on your terminal device.
