## What is RutaLive?

Ruta is a courier and last-mile delivery management platform for dispatch operators, fleet managers, and delivery teams.

It connects three roles in one workspace:
- Operators and dispatchers manage couriers, clients, and orders from a single screen.
- Couriers receive assignments, navigate routes, and capture proof of delivery.
- Clients create orders and track them live.

Main features:
- Live GPS tracking with auto-assignment to the nearest available courier.
- Multi-stop routes, round trips, and Standard, Express, and Direction service tiers.
- Proof of delivery with photos, signatures, and QR code verification stored as a permanent audit log.
- Flexible pricing by package, distance, weight, service, or delivery zone.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly performance analytics.
- Available in 6 languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish, French, German, Italian.

Ruta requires a delivery operator account. Sign up at rutalive.com or ask your dispatcher for an invite code.
