At the moment we are putting together a meal for friends and family to celebrate a 97th birthday. Obviously that is going to be an extra big bill so I was looking for ways to save a little. When, in this process, I was made aware of this loyalty program I thought it was a nice thing, even though it wasn't going to make a big difference. Now I discover that our location doesn't participate? Why have a program that excludes good customers, alienating them in the process?
