Please bring back the recent orders option with ability to reorder. I dislike having to re do the same exact order every time I order. ### 2/5 — Errors *2026-02-16* Everytime I go to pay it says “Timed out” or “There was an issue.” Doesn’t help when it takes the money and makes me think my order went through but then when I get there my order wasn’t made. ### 2/5 — QR code doesn’t work at pump *2026-01-17, version 43.01.06* The QR has only worked 1 time at the pump for me. 1 out of like 10 fill ups. I asked the associate what the issue is, and he just said that happens all the time. Fix the app, please. ### 3/5 — Better *2026-01-08* It’s gotten better since the major redesign you guys implemented recently but I’ve had to deal with lots of little bugs and glitches occasionally and they’re hard to recreate. But most of all I really miss the recent order screen from the old UI. I used it a lot to reorder things that I don’t wanna have to remake every single time. (Especially considering I go to Rutter’s way too much) ### 1/5 — Not giving you my phone number! *2025-11-10, version 43.01.00* I’m not giving you my phone number! App stuck on “verify phone number” screen. Won’t let me skip it. And doesn’t accept my Google Voice number either. This app is like some retro app made by a high school kid for Windows 98. This app matches the interior of their stores. It’s in a rut.. ### 1/5 — terrible *2025-11-06, version 43.01.00* can’t even use the app, it freezes, nothing loads, and payments don’t go through. and when i get a error after adding an item or paying, the app just stops working ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-10-30* The update to their app is terrible. No Apple Pay, it constantly gets hung up and you have to log in every time you open it. Have to also go through the bot test every time I login and no favorite orders saved. Who thought of all of this? Obviously nobody took the effort to make this a good app. They should take a good look at Sheetz. They did it right. It said it would be to my door at 35 minutes an hour and 35 minutes. I called to see what was going on, but there is no way to cancel an order in the app. If you call the restaurant there is no way to cancel an order that way and if you call Uber eats or whichever one they go through you cannot cancel an order that way either so after waiting two hours, they finally just threw my food on my driveway and left. And if you want to contact someone either you have to email them and wait but now I’m out $30 for food that’s thrown on my driveway that I cannot eat will be telling anyone who will listen about the awful service I had today ### 1/5 — Trash app *2026-04-11* This app will lose your connection you try to reapply and it won’t send you a proper reactivation. You try to make a new account with a different email and it says your phone number is locked and your phone already been used that is nonsense. People’s emails changed and then you can’t use the app anymore because your phone number is connected to it. Sorry I’m not changing my phone number. You use an app. This is why Sheetz is the best. ### 1/5 — App bug *2026-03-03* Can’t even look at menu I tap on say burgers it says view all burgers that’s it so I click it and takes me to white screen that never loads pls fix this immediately and I’ll give better reviews ### 1/5 — What’s the point of having coupons if you can’t use them! *2026-01-23, version 43.01.06* So I recently signed up with a Rutters account. Only to find that the tobacco coupons they offer on their app aren’t able to be scanned when you go to use them because they’re flashing and glitching. And they won’t HONOR THEIR OWN DAMN COUPONS IN THE STORE! So I contact customer support, over a week ago still haven’t heard anything! ### 1/5 — Atrocious *2026-01-11* I used to order food etc from your app all the time, now with this new update I can’t even browse without getting 13 popups begging me for my phone number and forcing me to “sign in” but I can’t because my phone number is tied to god knows what. I’m here at the gas station again in Montville Pennsylvania. Gas is at 299. Every time the gas goes down. My app goes out. I can’t figure this out. It isn’t my phone either. Been a loyal customer since 1992 had nothing but problems with this app. Want to go back to a card if I can’t get this taken care of and get some money back, I’m going to get my gas from now on it sheet and and I promote them very disappointed in the way this place has been run with Scott so I missed my birthday coffee.
