Ich habe eine Überweisung getätigt, die ohne erkennbaren Grund abgelehnt wurde. Eine Rückmeldung, weshalb die Transaktion nicht erfolgreich war, habe ich nicht erhalten – auch nicht per E-Mail. Zudem wurde mein Geld nicht automatisch zurückerstattet, und bis heute habe ich mein Geld immer noch nicht erhalten. Transparenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenservice sehen anders aus.
