PRIVACY BY DESIGN

• Location is used only during active shifts for geofence verification and field ops GPS tracking. No continuous or background tracking occurs outside scheduled shifts
• Rep device GPS coordinates for store shifts are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Store geofence verification is performed entirely on-device, and only the pass/fail result is recorded
• Field ops shifts record GPS trails and pin locations only during the active shift
• Camera access is used solely for shift check-in and check-out photo verification
• Shift photos are reviewed by your manager and then permanently deleted
• Secure account management with email verification and password protection

We've rebuilt the field operations experience from the ground up to support B2B account management and door-to-door sales alongside existing store shifts — making Ruxia the first platform that handles every type of field rep operation in a single app.

FULL B2B & DOOR-TO-DOOR SUPPORT
Ruxia now natively supports B2B and D2D as distinct shift types. Reps in the field can drop pins at businesses, link visits to existing accounts, or instantly create a new account on the spot. The app intelligently detects nearby accounts and prevents duplicates — so your CRM stays clean without reps doing extra work.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT IN THE FIELD
Every location a rep visits is now tied to a real account. Reps see their assigned accounts directly on the map during a shift, with filters to prioritize who to visit today. Visit counts are tracked per rep, accounts can be archived, and managers get a full picture of account coverage across their territory. A collapsible assigned accounts panel keeps the shift screen clean without hiding the data you need.

The entire app navigation has been rebuilt. Swipe between main sections like a native app. Swipe back from any sub-page. The tab bar smartly shrinks as you scroll to give your content more space and expands again when you need it. Transitions between screens are smooth and instant throughout.

FASTER EVERYWHERE
Replaced every loading spinner in the app with smooth shimmer skeleton screens. Manager and rep dashboards, team overview, analytics, calendar, notifications, and resources all load with animated placeholders instead of blank screens. The app feels significantly faster.

Account-Based Shifts
Managers can now assign specific accounts to a rep's shift before it starts. Reps open their shift and see exactly which accounts they're supposed to visit that day — no guesswork about where to go. As they work through their list, each stop gets checked off in real time.

A Clear Plan for Every Shift
Instead of free-roaming a territory, reps have a structured route of assigned accounts waiting for them when they check in. Managers build the list, reps execute it, and every visit is automatically tied back to the account record.

Live Progress Tracking
Managers can see which assigned accounts have been visited and which are still pending — all from the Live Monitor during an active shift. Skipped accounts stay visible for rescheduling.

Richer Visit Data
Reps can now capture significantly more detail when dropping a pin — covering the conversation, the contact, and the account context — giving managers a fuller picture of what's happening in the field after every stop.

### 2.0.9 — 2026-05-27

NEW: Background location tracking for shifts. Previously the app had to stay open to verify reps were on-site, now the phone monitors the boundary natively, even when Ruxia is closed or the screen is off. Instant "left store" and "returned" alerts, dramatically lower battery use, and no GPS coordinates are ever stored.
NEW: Reports tool. Pull team performance, shift history, and leads reports directly in the app and export to CSV.
NEW: Background trail recording for field-ops shifts. Reps no longer need to keep the app in the foreground, GPS breadcrumbs continue to record their route as they walk or drive through their territory, even when the screen is off or another app is open.
• Live field-ops trail now snaps to real walking paths (short breadcrumb distance) or driving routes (long breadcrumb distance) instead of straight lines.
• Background permission prompt now appears only once per shift, at check-in.
• Field-ops trail map: cleaner layout with a centered location pill and a one-time tip about Low Power Mode affecting trail accuracy.
• Fixed "Unable to get your location" errors right after check-in with a new 3-tier location fallback.
• Fixed a scheduling bug where cancelled shifts were incorrectly blocking new ones.
