Key features available now: * APP LOGIN Apple, Google, and Phone number logins are all supported. * PAIRING A NEW DEVICE A new device should be paired with the app for the app to be useful. It is as simple as selecting a name for the device and pressing a button on the device! * PANIC ALERTS A user can trigger a panic alert by pressing the device button for more than 3 seconds. The alert, when received by an activated smartphone in range, is then sent to the support staff. * AUTO FALL DETECTION A sensitive fall detection algorithm is running 24x7 on the device. It supports all kinds of falls, hard impact or soft, even those that occur when a senior falls from a wheelchair. It comes in handy when a user is incapacitated by the fall. As with any algorithm, auto fall detection is subject to false alarms. When a fall is detected, the device vibrates, allowing the user to turn off the alarm by pressing the button. FULL-FEATURED SUPPORT * A helper that the user has designated will be notified when the user is seeking help.
